Hale 50th
Reunion Week
Info
We are only weeks away from
celebrating our 50th Reunion! Here are the details
about Reunion Week June 12 - 15, 2025!
Reunion Week runs from Thursday, June 12th, to
Saturday, June 14th, with one additional gathering
option on Sunday, June 15th. We are putting together
an exciting four-day weekend for classmates both
local and those outside the Tulsa area. Reunion
Week Hotel will be the Doubletree South at 61st &
Yale. See below for more information on the
Doubletree. Here is a current preview of the week.
Thursday night, June 12th, the fun begins! We
are starting the week with an informal mixer at the
Doubletree. The Doubletree will provide an open bar
area, and classmates can come for drinks, food,
etc., even if they are not staying there. This event
is not included in the ticket price for the week, so
consider it a "You're On Your Own" (YOYO) event. The
Doubletree will also serve as our main check-in for
registration. We are encouraging local classmates
to register early on Thursday!
Friday night we really start the party!
Our Friday night event of Reunion Week will be held
at the Mike Fretz Event Center at 11545 E. 43rd
Street, Tulsa. The Mike Fretz Center will be an
amazing venue, allowing us to have up to 250 guests
for our Mexican buffet dinner. It has a huge stage,
sound and video system, kitchen, bar areas, and
outdoor and indoor options, and we can move a few
chairs and dance until you drop if you all get
crazy.

We are taking a field trip to Philbrook on
Saturday night!
We will have private access to one of the nation's
premier art galleries and gardens as we have full
access to Philbrook for our crowning Reunion Week
event. Stroll the gardens and take in the art and
architecture of one of Tulsa's finest mansions from
the past. We begin with a cocktail hour and an
d'oeuvres menu. Food and
non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. There will be
cash bars for beer and wine at your own expense.
We plan to hold brunch at classmates' expense on
Sunday morning as one final farewell. We
encourage you to attend all our events! This YOYO
event should not cost more than $25 per person.
Come to both nights! Both nights will have
spectacular moments you will not want to miss.
Friday night, we will crown our 50th Ranger in
Review. This is an event that will get all of us on
our feet cheering! DO NOT MISS THIS! Then Saturday
night will be another amazing night as we have the
run of Philbrook!
How much does Reunion Week cost? Both nights are
free for any donation to our non-profit
organization! One barrier to attending reunions
is the cost. We are attempting to raise money for
HHS, and to get into any Reunion Week events costs a
donation of any amount to our class, which is now a
501C non-profit. Give us a dollar, and you're in!
And if you can't afford that dollar, let us know. WE
WILL NOT TURN ANY CLASSMATE AWAY!
Reunion Week Hotel will be the Doubletree South
at 61st & Yale. Here are the room rates we have
negotiated:
$129 IF we book 20-25 rooms or more Usually
$200.
2 Queens or 1 King. Includes a refrigerator.
$15 per night for parking -
This is for both local and out-of-town
classmates. Several local classmates have
desired a room, especially on Saturday night.
You will be on your own on Friday and Saturday, but
we are working on having tours, lunches, etc., at
your expense.
Keep checking back as we add more information!
